I started with PwC Wellington in July 2016 after moving to New Zealand from the UK. I manage our Scholarship, Summer Intern and Graduate recruitment campaigns and I’m involved in our recruitment strategy. I work with all areas of the business.
I love getting out-and-about and meeting new people. I’m passionate about what I do and love that I get the opportunity to speak with so many inspiring people across the business.
I have been at PwC just over two years as the OneFirm Administrator looking after our Graduate, Intern and Scholarship programmes.
I love PwC’s flexible working policy which allows me to continue to compete competitively in sport outside of work and I love the awesome team that I work with.
I’ve been living, breathing and learning the craft of recruitment since 2005. I joined PwC as a Recruitment Advisor in January 2017 where my core focus is to align with key business areas and provide a consultative and effective recruitment solution across New Zealand.
I really enjoy managing the end-to-end recruitment for four Lines of Service: Financial Advisory Services, Consulting, Deals and Internal Firm Services, providing a complete recruitment lifecycle solution.
Jess Ah Kuoi
I started at PwC in April 2016 and have worked in two different areas; Internal Firm Services and Deals.
What really motivates me and that I most enjoy about my role is creating a safe, fun and happy workplace environment and culture for our staff.
I joined the People & Culture team as an administrator in 2015. I work as part of a team dedicated to Financial Assurance Services and Internal Firm Services where we work with the business on initiatives and processes, such as on-boarding, policy queries, Graduate recruitment and remuneration reviews etc.
What I like most about my role is that I get to work with passionate people who love what they do.
I originally joined PwC as a temp at the end of February 2017 and was heavily involved with the last Graduate round, I enjoyed the experience so much that I accepted a permanent position in May 2017. I now work with the Assurance team across NZ.
What I love about working at PwC is how supportive the firm is with regards to flexibility and embracing the individual differences of everyone.
I joined the PwC People & Culture team in January 2016. I’m passionate about people and building positive and inclusive workplaces which lead me to pursue a career in HR.
It’s been awesome working with the Consulting and Deals lines of service because I get to work with a diverse group of people who all have a wide range of skills and backgrounds.
